Agreement between Stichting Jeugdinterventies and Social lnsurance Board Estonia
THE UNDERSIGNED, Stichting Jeugdinterventies, registered at the Chamber of Commerce, entry number 27331172, with its registered office at President Kennedylaan, 2517 JK, The Netherlands, represented in this matter by Ms. S. Cool, CEO, hereinafter 'SJI',
and
Estonian Social lnsurance Board, registered at the Chamber of Commerce, entry number 70001975, with its registered office at Paldiski mnt 80, 15092 Tallinn, represented in this matter by Director General Mrs. Maret Maripuu, hereinafter "Social lnsurance Board",
The term SJI includes anybody that have been explicitly authorised by Stichting Jeugdinterventies to carry out SJI tasks as described in this Agreement.
This Agreement relates to training and implementing which means all of the following activities: the training, support and certification of social workers in two MDFT roies (therapist and supervisor) and keeping their knowledge and skills up to date.
Persons who are not yet fully certified are a Iso denoted by the term 'student' here. Astudent who is the intended MDFT-supervisor of an MDFT tea m isa Iso called 'key therapist' and the intended MDFT-therapist, 'MDFT- · therapist'.
The amounts in this Agreement are not subject to VAT. SJI has been exempted from charging VAT by the inclusion in the Dutch Central Register for Short Vocational Training as SJI complies with the Quality Code for Training lnstitutes for Short Vocational Training and therefore is listed in the Dutch Central Register for Short Vocational Training (www.crbko.nl).

1.1 INTRODUCTION: GENERAL
• The Undersigned would like mental healthcare professionals/social workers to receive instructions and remain competent in Multidimensional Family Therapy (MDFT) through training and through support in keeping knowledge and skills up to standard.
• MDFT is carried aut by tea ms of a minimum of three and maximum six mental healthea re professionals/social workers (minimum of MDFT capacity per tea m: two FTE) who are certified MDFT therapists. At least one of these MDFT-therapists in the tea m is/will be a certified MDFT-supervisor. The MDFT-therapists and the MDFT-supervisor must be deployed on MDFT for at !east 20 hours per week. The current caseload for an MDFT-therapist is at !east three cases, for an MDFT-supervisor at !east one case.
• SJI is licensed to give MDFT training by MDFT lnternational • SJI is permitted togivea MDFT license to European care organisations with a team of which the MDFT
supervisor and at !east two MDFT-therapists are certified. • A license is given per organisation and the license fee is €500 per year. This is included in the separate
License Agreement. • SJI offers MDFT-therapist and MDFT-supervisor training. • MDFT certifies astudent in the roie concerned and at the level concerned as soon as the student has
passed the appropriate part of the training. • Once a tea m or therapist certified, the organisation will receive a Service Agreement. • SJI will decide which trainer or trainers will deliver the training to which this Agreement relates.

Depending on the group size, Live trainings days and sites visit could aisa be done in-person (minimum of 10).

These activities will be scheduled by the trainer.

SJI and Social lnsurance Board Estonia HAVE AGREED THE FOLLOWING:
Article l: Purpose and duration l.l This Agreement deseribes the rights and obligations that the Undersigned have in respeet of eaeh other
with regard to MDFT training. 1.2 Following signature of the Agreement, each Party has a maximum of 14 days in whieh to ea neel the
agreement (cooling-off period) without this leading to the reeovery of eosts by the other Party.
Article 2: Subject of this Agreement 2.1 This Agreement coneerns the training as deseribed in the lntroduetion. 2.2 SJI will ensure that the student reeeive the serviees and the assistance that SJI must provide. 2.3 The Undersigned reeognise eaeh other where appropriate as partners in the MDFT field. 2.4 The following fees apply for the training and support referred to in this Agreement:
Payment shall be made within 30 days of reeeipt of the relevant invoiee from SJI to account number: NL65ABNA0420550747, in the name of Stiehting Jeugdinterventies.
2.5 The Undersigned will try to provide eaeh other with all the information and assistanee neeessary for the proper fulfilment of this Agreement.
Article 3: Confidentiality 3.1 A Party s hall not diselose any information to third parties that has been labelled "eonfidential" by the
other Party or that must legally {client data, for example) or reasonably be regarded as eonfidential. 3.2 For clarity, it is stated that despite the above and in addition toit, the buyer shall, asa publie eorporation,
adhere to the Aet on the Openness of Government Aetivities as well as to professional seereey and transpareney stipulated by other legislation.
Article 4: Amendment Amendments of this Agreement shall be valid if endorsed in writing by both the Undersigned.
Article 5: Notiees Any notiee between themselves required under this Agreement must be in writing and may be sent by post or email, the date of reeeipt eounting in eases of deadline setting.

Article 6: Disputes
Unbridgeable disputes between the Undersigned shall be submitted to the court in the district of the SJI business address. Dutch law s hall apply.
