On behalf of the Estonian Judicial Delegation, I would like to express our sincere gratitude to the Constitutional Court of Ukraine for your kind hospitality during our recent visit to Ukraine. We felt truly honoured by your warm reception and deeply appreciate the time, attention, and effort devoted to welcoming our delegation during these particularly challenging times.

We are deeply grateful to your fellow justices, Ms Oksana Hryshchuk, Ms Alla Oliinyk, Mr Serhiy Riznyk and Mr Petro Filiuk, for their warrn welcome and insightful discussions. Our meetings with the Head of the Volyn Regional State Administration, as well as with the representatives of the Volyn Court of Appeal and the Lutsk City District Court of the Volyn Region, were most informative. Discussions on the administration ofjustice under martial law, provided us a clear and valuable understanding of the reality you face in your daily work.

The opportunity to experience Ukrainian culture and hospitality during our visit was greatly appreciated, particularly memorable was the meeting with Metropolitan Mykhail of Lutsk and Volyn at the Holy Trinity Cathedral. Please convey our special gratitude to Mr Petro Filiuk for his exceptional hospitality, and to Ms Iryna Shevchenko for her excellent coordination and support throughout our visit.

We left with deep respect for the work the Ukrainian judiciary is doing under such difficult circumstances to ensure the proper administration of justice. The Estonian judiciary stands firmly with our Ukrainian colleagues, and we look forward to continuing our cooperation in the future.
