Attached please find a draft agenda for the NALS meeting taking place on 13-14 May in the premises of CAA of Latvia. The meeting starts with a small lunch at 12:00 on 13 May and ends on 14 May.
The provisional agenda is attached. Please feel free to make proposals for further points to the agenda.
I have also attached some practical information regarding travelling and other arrangements during the meeting.
In order for us to arrange for lunch and dinner we kindly ask you to provide us with confirmation of your attendance to the meeting.

Travelling/ meeting facilities:
CAA is located about 10 minutes walk from the Riga Airport. Our office is located in the Biroja Street 10, Marupes novads, Riga Airport (the map is attached).
When arriving at our office, please go to the second floor. There you will be picked up by me or my colleagues.
Before starting the meeting, we will offer you a small lunch in our premises.
Hotels:
There are several hotels in Riga City Center. Using the public bus No.22 to go to City Center from the Riga Airport is possible.
Dinner:
We will organize a dinner on 13 May. The CAA of Latvia will host the dinner and further information will be given in the meeting.
