The Ministry is acting in accordance with the Estonian Public Information Act. All information related to the Digital Omnibus that is publicly accessible and held by the Ministry will be provided in line with the applicable provisions of the Act. If any part of the requested material is subject to access restrictions - for example due to personal data or other protected content - the relevant legal grounds under §§ 34–36 of the Act will apply, and the basis for any restriction will be indicated. Please note that the documentation is in Estonian, which is the official language of Estonia and one of the official languages of the European Union.
