In 2026, the state fee for CONSTRUCTORA CIVIL AGRICOLA SA products has not been paid by the deadline.

 

If the submitter of the notification does not pay the state fee for the publication and storage of the notification, this indicates that the specific products are no longer being imported into the Estonian market, and the notification may be removed from publication. We are therefore informing you that the Health Board is no longer publishing CONSTRUCTORA CIVIL AGRICOLA SA products on its website as of May 15, 2026.

Dear EU-CEG Portal Submitter,

Your company has submitted tobacco products or e-cigarette products for the Estonian market via the EU-CEG portal.

Starting from January 1, 2025, state fees apply to products submitted to the Estonian market. In 2025, a state fee was paid for the publication and storage of the products you submitted, at least for some of the products reported on the EU-CEG portal. We have seen that you have not paid a state fee for your products in 2026.

The term for paying the annual state fee for publication and storage (100 euros per product ID) was March 31, 2026. The same term applies to the submission of 2025 sales volumes via the EU-CEG portal.

If you have postponed payment of the 2026 publication and storage fee because you need a notice of payment obligation and are waiting to receive it, please email the IDs of the products sold in Estonia in 2026 to [email protected]. The Health Board will send a payment obligation notice for the products specified in the e-mail as soon as possible, with a payment term of two weeks.

If the submitter of the notification does not pay the state fee for the publication and storage of the notification, this indicates that the specific products are no longer being imported into the Estonian market, and the notification may be removed from publication.

Please pay the annual state fee for publication and storage by April 23, 2026, at the latest (or by the payment term specified in the payment obligation notice). If the 2026 state fee for publication and storage has not been paid, the product will be removed from publication during the next update of the table after April 23, 2026 or after the payment term specified in the payment obligation notice.

2. Please check the compliance of the products with the requirements of the Tobacco Act in Estonia on the website https://www.riigiteataja.ee/en/eli/ee/506012026005/consolide/current.

For example, the nicotine-containing liquid in e-cigarette products must not contain more than 20 mg of nicotine per milliliter, and flavorings other than tobacco and menthol are prohibited. Cigarettes, roll-your-own tobacco and heated tobacco products must not have a taste or smell other than one of tobacco.

Please remove Estonia from the EU-CEG portal notifications for those products that do not comply with the requirements applicable in Estonia or that you do not intend to sell in Estonia for other reasons, by marking them with a Withdrawal Date in the EU-CEG portal notifications.
