In the use of cameras, we adhere to the GDPR and applicable data protection principles. In certain sectors, the use of cameras may also be governed by specific legislation. Relevant information is publicly available. The website of the Data Protection Inspectorate includes a section on cameras addressing key issues. Extensive material for the organizer of video surveillance can be found here. In addition, guidance on the use of cameras is available, summarizing the main legislation and practices.
