I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the invitation to participate in the Intemational Conference "The Role of the Constitutional Courts in safeguarding Democracy and the

Democratic Functioning of Institutions", dedicated to the l Tth Anniversary of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo, that will be held on 22 October 2026 in Prishtina. Unfortunately, I am unable to attend the event as I have prior commitments, which could not be rearranged. I express my sincere regrets for not being able participate and wish you every success with the organisation of the Conference!
