This letter confirms the interest of fightCOtwo in participating in the development of the proposal for creation and implementation of a carbon credit financial instrument.

FightCOtwo is pleased to submit the proposal in response to RMK’s invitation to negotiate on the creation of a carbon credit financial instrument. This submission will represent a carefully structured partnership designed to deliver high-integrity carbon and biodiversity credits, built for long-term value, regulatory robustness and strong market demand.

FightCOtwo will act as the project lead and contractual front, bringing extensive experience from the development and operation of carbon and biodiversity credit projects in Swedish boreal forests. Our work has consistently focused on high-integrity project design, ensuring environmental credibility, regulatory resilience and the ability to command premium pricing over time. This approach is fundamental to achieving stable, long-term profitability while maintaining public trust and market confidence.

At the core of the programme is EcotechAI, a scalable and Verra-accepted technical platform used for baseline establishment, long-term monitoring and transparent reporting of both ecological data and carbon stocks. EcotechAI enables continuous, data-driven measurement and follow-up, ensuring audit readiness, traceability and adaptability as regulatory frameworks and market expectations evolve.

To ensure best-in-class certification execution, FightCOtwo is partnered with ClearBlue Markets, globally recognised for their expertise in leading complex certification processes. Their experience and credibility significantly reduce execution risk and ensure alignment with both current and future certification requirements.

Commercialisation and market access are led by Anew Climate, the world’s largest and most experienced organisation in marketing and selling credits on the voluntary carbon market. Anew’s global reach, buyer relationships and pricing expertise ensure that the generated credits can be positioned effectively, maximising demand and long-term value.
