SOFTWARE LICENSE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AGREEMENT
This SOFTWARE LICENSE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AGREEMENT (“the Agreement”) is entered into on 15.04.2026 (“the Effective Date”) and is valid for 1 (one) month (“the Agreement Period”). The Agreement is made between:
LiTech OÜ, registry code 14420510, address Mäealuse 2/1, 12618 Tallinn, Estonia, represented by a Member of the Board, Raiko Limmart, hereinafter referred as the Supplier
and Riigimetsa Majandamise Keskus, registry code 70004459, address Mõisa/3, Sagadi küla, 45403 Haljala vald, Lääne-Viru maakond, represented by Annika Brauer (Head of IT-Development), hereinafter referred as the Customer, collectively called the Parties or individually also - a Party.
Parties have concluded this Agreement for SelectZero Data Observability platform (hereinafter referred as the Application or the Software) in the following:
1. OBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
1.1 With this Agreement, the Supplier provides the Application’s software license to the Customer, and undertakes to perform the agreed services for the Application (hereinafter referred as Services), which comprise of the following:
• Provide technical support to deploy the Application in the customer’s environment (including integrations to internal systems).
• Conclude workshops to introduce the Application’s functionalities and solve user’s use cases.
• Respond to questions related to the Application and its usage by email (or by other communication channels agreed by both parties).
• Respond to software issues/bugs and prioritize software fixes for found issues.
• Consider user requested functionalities to be developed in future releases of the Application.
1.2 A software license key will be provided to the Customer by the Supplier in a separate PDF file upon successful deployment of the Software. The software license key will be valid for 1 month.
1.2.1 The software license grants access to the Application for unlimited users.
1.2.2 Additional user access can be granted in a separate agreement.
1.3 The Customer agrees with the Software’s License Terms (https://selectzero.com/software-license/), and the terms in the license key which together with this Agreement constitute the entire agreement between the Parties.
1.4 If there are any contradictions between the Agreement and the Software’s License
Terms, then the Agreement prevails.
2. SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT
2.1 The Customer may request for support services by email, sending the bug report or support question to
[email protected] (or by other agreed channels).
2.2 The Supplier must respond to customer service requests within 2 working days and provide a solution for software issues according to table below:

3 PAYMENT TERMS
3.1 The Customer shall make a payment in the amount of EUR 1500 (one thousand five hundred euros) (not including VAT) to the Supplier.
3.2 The payment for the Services is paid within 14 calendar days after the Effective Date and the receipt of the invoice by the Customer’s contact person (Annika Brauer,

4 CONFIDENTIALITY
4.1 The Supplier shall keep confidential all information obtained in connection with the performance of this Agreement, both during its term and indefinitely thereafter.
4.2 Disclosure to third parties is permitted only with the Customer’s prior written consent. This obligation does not apply where disclosure is required by law.
4.3 The Supplier acknowledges that the Agreement is public, as required by the Public Information Act.
