The Company hereby grants to the Attomey-in-fact full power and authority to do and perform any and every act and thing whatsoever requisite, necessary, or proper to be done in the exercise of any of the rights and powers herein granted, as fully to all intents and purposes as the Company might or could do if personally present hereby ratifying and confirming all that such Attorney-in- fact, shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of this power of attorney and the rights and powers herein granted.

NB! Komisjoni 16.novembri 2012 rakendusmäärus (EL) nr 1079/2012, millega kehtestatakse ühtses Euroopa taevas

kasutatavad kõneside kanalisammud. Art 5 (4): alates 1.01.2018 on keelatud käitada õhusõidukit õhuruumis, kus

raadioseadme olemasolu on kohustuslik, välja arvatud juhul, kui õhusõiduki raadioseade on kanalisammu 8,33 kHz võimeline.

Eestis rakendatakse kohalikke meetmeid kuni 31.12.2019. Alates 1.jaanuarist 2020 ei tohi Eestis õhusõidukit käitada

õhuruumi klassides, kus raadioseadme olemasolu on kohustuslik, välja arvatud juhul, kui õhusõiduki raadioseade on

kanalisammu 8,33 kHz võimeline.

NB! Commission Implementing regulation (EU) No 1079/2012 lays down requirements for the coordinated instruction of air-

ground voice communications in Single European Sky Art 5 (4): since 01.01.2018 it is prohibited to operate an ircraft in the

airspace where the presence of a radio equipment is mandatory, unless the aircraft’s radio equipment is capable of 8,33 kHz.

Local measures will be implemented in Estonia until 31.12.2019. From 01.01.2020, an aircraft is prohibited to operate in

Estonia in airspace classes where the presence of a radio equipment is mandatory, unless the aircraft’s radio equipment is

capable of 8,33 kHz channel spacing.
