Termination of License Agreement

Dear Madam/Sir,

The Estonian Transport Administration (“ETA”) and Wärtsilä Voyage Ltd. agree to terminate

License Agreement (Agreement) signed on 1st of November 2001 between Estonian Maritime

Administration and Transas Dataco Ltd. The rights and obligations of Transas Dataco Ltd in the

Agreement were transferred to Wärtsilä Voyage Ltd by addendum on 24.09.2019.

From 2026 onward, any use of ETA data in derived products listed in the Agreement or in any new

products is permitted only under a Licensing Agreement for S 57 data delivery via the Primar S 57

Portal. Report for the sales of derived products containing Estonian data in 2026 should be reported

to Primar.

The termination is by mutual consent. Both parties confirm that, by that date, they have fulfilled

all obligations under the Agreement and have no outstanding claims against each other.
