We would like to invite you to the Cedefop conference, The Skills Nexus Between Productivity and Job Quality: Strengthening Foundations for a Competitive Europe, taking place on 29 and 30 June at Cedefop's premises in Thessaloniki, as part of the European VET and Skills Week.

The conference will bring together experts, policymakers, and practitioners to discuss how companies and institutions can translate investment in skills and workplace learning into higher productivity and better job quality. Key themes include the impact of AI and digital technologies on jobs, the transition to Industry 5.0, future skills needs, and human-centred approaches to technological innovation. The two-day programme combines keynote speeches, panel discussions, and interactive sessions, with contributions from social partners, government representatives, and leading experts. Insights will draw on Cedefop's European Training and Learning Survey (ETLS).
