We hereby inform you of the merger of AD Baltic AS (registry code 10113076) and Mercantile AS (registry code 10279539), as a result of which all rights and obligations of Mercantile AS will transfer to AD Baltic AS. The merger of the companies will be entered into the Commercial Register on 30st June 2026.
As of the reorganization date, all invoices shall be issued to and received by AD Baltic AS.
