The World Health Organization presents its compliments and has the honour to forward herewith, in accordance with Articles 3(a) and 7 of the “Procedure for the Selection of Recommended International Nonproprietary Names for Pharmaceutical Substances” adopted by the Executive Board in its resolution EB15.R7,1 a list of names which has been published as International Nonproprietary Names recommended by the World Health Organization (abbreviation Rec. INN)2 on the WHO website at https://www.who.int/teams/health-product- and-policy-standards/inn/inn-lists.

In accordance with Article 8 of the above-mentioned Procedure, the World Health Organization requests that the above-mentioned list of names be recognized as the nonproprietary names for the substances in question, and that the necessary steps be taken to prevent the acquisition of proprietary rights in the names, including prohibition of registration of the names as trademarks or tradenames.

世界卫生组织谨此致意，并荣幸地根据执行委员会在 EB15.R7 号决议1中通过的《建

议性国际药用物质非专利名称选择程序》第 3(a)条和第 7 条的要求，发送一份在世卫组织

网站 （https://www.who.int/teams/health-product-and-policy-standards/inn/inn-lists） 公布的经

世界卫生组织推荐的建议性国际非专利名称目录（缩写为 Rec.INN）2。

根据上述选择程序第 8 条，世界卫生组织要求将上述目录所列名称定为所述物质的非

专利名称，并要求采取必要措施以防止获得这些名称的专利权，包括禁止将这些名称注

册为商标或商品名。

L’Organisation mondiale de la Santé présente ses compliments et, en application des

articles 3.a) et 7 de la « Procédure à suivre en vue du choix de dénominations communes

internationales recommandées pour les substances pharmaceutiques », adoptée par le Conseil

exécutif dans sa résolution EB15.R7,1 a l’honneur de communiquer une liste de dénominations

qui ont été publiées en tant que dénominations communes internationales recommandées par

l’Organisation mondiale de la Santé (en abréviation DCI rec.)2 sur le site Web de l’OMS à

https://www.who.int/teams/health-product-and-policy-standards/inn/inn-lists.

Comme le prévoit cette même procédure (article 8), l’Organisation mondiale de la Santé

demande que les dénominations figurant dans la liste susmentionnée soient reconnues comme

dénominations communes des substances considérées et que les mesures nécessaires soient

prises pour prévenir l’acquisition de droits de propriété sur ces dénominations, notamment que le

dépôt de ces dénominations comme marques ou appellations commerciales soit interdit.

в соответствии со статьями 3(a) и 7 Процедуры отбора рекомендуемых международных

непатентованных наименований фармацевтических препаратов, принятой

Исполнительным комитетом в его резолюции EB15.R71, имеет честь направить

с настоящим перечень наименований, опубликованных на веб-сайте ВОЗ по адресу

https://www.who.int/teams/health-product-and-policy-standards/inn/inn-lists в качестве

международных непатентованных наименований, рекомендованных

Всемирной организацией здравоохранения (сокращенно: рекомендуемые МНН)2.

В соответствии со статьей 8 вышеуказанной Процедуры Всемирная организация

здравоохранения просит признать наименования, указанные в вышеупомянутом перечне,

в качестве непатентованных наименований соответствующих препаратов и принять

необходимые меры с целью воспрепятствовать приобретению прав собственности на эти

наименования, в том числе запретить регистрацию этих наименований в качестве

товарных знаков или фирменных наименований.

La Organización Mundial de la Salud presenta sus respetos y tiene el honor de adjuntar a la presente, de conformidad con los artículos 3.A y 7 del «Procedimiento de selección de denominaciones comunes internacionales recomendadas para sustancias farmacéuticas» adoptado por el Consejo Ejecutivo en su resolución EB15.R7,1 una lista de denominaciones que se han publicado como denominaciones comunes internacionales (DCI)2 recomendadas por la Organización Mundial de la Salud en el sitio de la OMS, concretamente en la página https://www.who.int/teams/health-product-and-policy-standards/inn/inn-lists.

De conformidad con el artículo 8 del mencionado procedimiento, la Organización Mundial de la Salud solicita que las denominaciones contenidas en la lista citada se reconozcan como denominaciones comunes de las sustancias en cuestión y que se adopten las medidas necesarias para impedir que se adquieran derechos de propiedad sobre estas denominaciones, incluida la prohibición de registrarlas como marcas o nombres comerciales.
