The Director-General of the World Health Organization (WHO) presents his compliments to Member States and regional economic integration organizations and has the honour to refer to resolution WHA78.1 (2025), which established the open-ended Intergovernmental Working Group (IGWG) on the WHO Pandemic Agreement.

Member States are informed that the seventh meeting of the IGWG will be held at WHO headquarters, Geneva, from 6 to 17 July 2026 in a hybrid format. The seventh meeting will open at 09:00 (CEST) on Monday, 6 July 2026.

Meeting registration and access Renewed CVENT registration will not be required for delegates who participated in

IGWG6 and possess a valid UN badge.

Member States who did not register for the sixth meeting and/or do not have a valid UN badge should register from 8 to 26 June 2026 at the following link: https://events.who.int/IGWG7.

In view of limited capacity, the link will be deactivated at the close of the deadline with no further opportunity to register. During registration in CVENT, delegations are required to upload a credential, detailing the delegate(s) in the following format: email address, Country, name (first name and surname of the delegate).

A personalized link to access the virtual platform will be sent by Friday 3 July 2026 to delegates who registered for the seventh meeting as well as the sixth meeting.

Two persons per delegation are invited to be physically present in the meeting room at WHO headquarters, with other members of the delegation participating through the virtual platform.

Le Directeur général de l’Organisation mondiale de la Santé (OMS) présente ses

compliments aux États Membres et aux organisations d’intégration économique régionale, et a

l’honneur de se référer à la résolution WHA78.1 (2025), en vertu de laquelle l’Assemblée

mondiale de la Santé a décidé de créer un Groupe de travail intergouvernemental à composition

non limitée (Groupe de travail intergouvernemental) sur l’Accord de l’OMS sur les pandémies.

Les États Membres sont informés que le Groupe de travail intergouvernemental tiendra sa

septième réunion du 6 au 17 juillet 2026 au Siège de l’OMS, à Genève, selon des modalités

hybrides. La septième réunion s’ouvrira le lundi 6 juillet 2026 à 9 heures (HNEC).

Inscription et accès aux réunions

Les membres de délégation qui ont participé à la sixième réunion du Groupe de travail

intergouvernemental et qui possèdent un badge ONU valide n’auront pas besoin de s’inscrire à

nouveau sur la plateforme CVENT.

Les États Membres qui n’étaient pas inscrits à la sixième réunion et/ou ne possèdent pas de

badge ONU valide, doivent s’inscrire du 8 au 26 juin à l’adresse : https://events.who.int/IGWG7.

Compte tenu du nombre de places limité, le lien sera désactivé à l’expiration du délai

et il ne sera plus possible de s’inscrire. Lors de l’inscription sur CVENT, les délégations

sont tenues de télécharger un pouvoir indiquant les membres de la délégation selon le

format suivant : adresse électronique, pays, nom (prénom et nom de famille).

Les membres de délégation s’étant inscrits à la septième réunion ainsi qu’à la sixième réunion

свидетельствует свое уважение государствам-членам и региональным организациям экономической интеграции и имеет честь сослаться на резолюцию WHA78.1 (2025 г.), предусматривающую учреждение Межправительственной рабочей группы (МПРГ) открытого состава по Соглашению ВОЗ по борьбе с пандемиями.

Уведомляем государства-члены о том, что седьмое совещание МПРГ состоится с 6 по 17 июля 2026 г. в штаб-квартире ВОЗ в Женеве и будет проводиться в гибридном формате. Совещание откроется в понедельник, 6 июля 2026 г., в 09:00 (по центральноевропейскому времени).

Регистрация участников и доступ на совещание

Делегатам, уже регистрировавшимся для участия в шестом совещании МПРГ и имеющим действительный пропуск ООН, возобновлять регистрацию в системе CVENT не требуется.

Государства-члены, не регистрировавшиеся для участия в шестом совещании и/или не имеющие действительного пропуска ООН, должны в период с 8 по 26 июня 2026 г. пройти регистрацию по следующей ссылке https://events.who.int/IGWG7.

Ввиду ограниченной вместимости помещений в штаб-квартире гиперссылка по истечении указанного срока будет деактивирована, и дополнительных возможностей для регистрации предоставлено не будет. El Director General de la Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS) presenta sus respetos a los Estados Miembros y a las organizaciones de integración económica regional y tiene el honor de referirse a la resolución WHA78.1 (2025), por la que se estableció el Grupo de Trabajo Intergubernamental de Composición Abierta acerca del Acuerdo de la OMS sobre Pandemias (en adelante, «el Grupo de Trabajo Intergubernamental»).

Se informa a los Estados Miembros de que la séptima reunión del Grupo de Trabajo Intergubernamental se celebrará en formato híbrido en la Sede de la OMS, en Ginebra, del 6 al 17 de julio de 2026. La séptima reunión dará comienzo a las 09.00 horas (hora de verano de Europa Central) del lunes 6 de julio de 2026.

Inscripción y acceso a la reunión Los delegados que asistieron a la sexta reunión del Grupo de Trabajo Intergubernamental y

que poseen una acreditación de las Naciones Unidas válida no tendrán que inscribirse de nuevo en la plataforma CVENT.

Los Estados Miembros que no se inscribieron para la sexta reunión y/o no están en posesión de una acreditación de las Naciones Unidas válida deberán inscribirse del 8 al 26 de junio de 2026 en el siguiente enlace: https://events.who.int/IGWG7.

Debido a las limitaciones de aforo, el enlace se desactivará una vez concluido el plazo y no será posible inscribirse posteriormente.
