Palume Teil edastada Euroopa Komisjoni kirjale EMPL.E.1/BV/hb (2026) 4147622 järgmine

vastus:

„Thank you for your invitation to join the EU Talent Pool and for the information provided

regarding the development of the platform and the conditions for Member States’ participation.

We have reviewed the regulation establishing the Talent Pool and highly appreciate the

European Commission’s initiative, which contributes to alleviating labour shortages and

ensuring fair recruitment across the European Union.

We would like to inform you that Estonia will not join the EU Talent Pool at this stage. We will

continue to follow the development of the platform and assess the possibilities for future

participation in line with national needs and priorities. We also highly value the flexibility

granted to Member States to join the Talent Pool at any time and will inform the Commission

of our intention to participate should this change in the future.

We wish to remain informed about discussions related to the development and implementation

of the Talent Pool and to participate, where appropriate, as an observer in the platform’s design

process.

Once again, thank you for your cooperation, and we wish you success in the further

development of the Talent Pool.”
