Your Excellency, dear Colleague,

On behalf of the Estonia-Portugal Parliamentary Friendship Group. I would like to congratulate you on your election of the Chair of the Portugal-Estonia Parliamentary Friendship Group. I am confident that the efficient co-operation and good relations between our parliaments on bilateral as well as regional level will continue to strengthen and develop during your term of office.

With the reference to your kind invitation to visit Portugal, I would like to suggest the visit to take place between 2.-6. of November this year.

To further strengthen the relationship between our parliaments, I am also extending an invitation to the Portugal-Estonia Parliamentary Friendship Group to visit Estonia either between 14.09-2.10 or 12.-30.l0.
