Dear Gabrielė Kaveckytė,
Appointment as Data Protection Officer, Bolt Operations OÜ
I hereby confirm your appointment as Data Protection Officer (“DPO”) for Bolt Operations OÜ (hereinafter referred to as “Controller”).
This letter serves to formally notify the relevant body of the appointment and contact details of the DPO. You are appointed as Data Protection Officer for the Bolt markets allocated to the Europe DPO portfolio. The detailed allocation of markets between the Europe and International DPO portfolios is maintained in Bolt’s internal DPO responsibility (RACI) matrix, which may be updated from time to time without amendment to this letter. For clarity, the DPO appointment is effective as of 15 June 2026, and supersedes the prior appointment of Samantha Sayers as Global DPO of Bolt Operations OÜ with effect from the same date.
Duties of the DPO:
As the DPO for the Controller, your duties shall derive from applicable local laws and align with the responsibilities outlined below, including:
1. Advisory: Inform Bolt Operations OÜ on matters related to data protection, including on
matters related to the adoption or modification of regulatory legal norms. 2. Monitoring Compliance: Monitor the data protection and privacy issues for employees. 3. Cooperation and Coordination: Represent Bolt Operations OÜ in the relationship with
the local authorities.
Cooperation of the Controller:
To facilitate the execution of your role as DPO for the Controller, you shall report directly to Julius Vainoris (VP of Legal & Compliance). Furthermore, the Controller will support you to fulfill your duties under the applicable laws by providing you with the necessary tools, resources, information and cooperation required to perform your duties.
No Conflict:
While you may be assigned additional tasks or responsibilities related to your employment with Bolt Services LT, UAB, Bolt Operations OÜ, or other Bolt group entities, the Controller acknowledges that these will not interfere with or contradict your obligations as Regional DPO.
