Tulenevalt konkurentsiseaduse § 342 esitame Rahandusministeeriumile läbivaatamiseks

grupierandi teatise, mis on vajalik meetme „Perioodi 2023–2027 suur- ja väikeprojektide

toetuse andmise tingimused ja kord“ rakendamiseks komisjoni määruse (EL) nr 651/2014

artikli 25 alusel.
