Request for a certified copy of the FFPT Memorandum
Dear Sir or Madam
We are contacting you regarding the memorandum on the establishment of an international fare-free public transport network between the City of Tallinn and the City of Avesta (Fare Free Public Transport – FFPT Memorandum).
According to the information available to us, the memorandum was signed on 17 September 2015 by the then Mayor of Tallinn, Mr Taavi Aas, and the Mayor of Avesta, Mr Lars Isacsson.
We want to inform you that neither the original document nor a copy of the above-mentioned memorandum is available in the archives of the City of Tallinn. Therefore, we kindly request that you provide us with a certified copy of the signed memorandum, if available. The document is required for the proper preservation of official documentation and for evidentiary purposes on the part of the City of Tallinn.
