we are glad to announce that Transport Administration as the type approval authority in Estonia recognises the Provisional EU system type-approval with exemptions for new technologies or concepts in accordance with Article 39(2) of Regulation (EU) 2018/858 pending on the authorisation by the Commission in accordance with Article 39(4) thereof nr e4*2019/2144*171R01/00*00001*00 issued by RDW, according to Article 39(5) of (EU) 2018/858.
