The Director-General of the World Health Organization (WHO) presents his compliments

... to Member States and Associate Members and has the honour to attach the draft provisional agenda for the 160th session of the Executive Board to be held from 25 January to 2 February 2027.

Any proposal from a Member State or Associate Member to include an item on the agenda should reach the Director-General not later than 12 weeks after circulation of the draft provisional agenda or 10 weeks before the commencement of the session of the Executive Board whichever is earlier. Proposals should therefore reach the Director-General by 14 September 2026.

The Director-General draws to the attention of Member States and Associate Members that, in accordance with Rule 9 of the Rules of Procedure of the Executive Board, any proposal for inclusion on the agenda of any item shall be accompanied by an explanatory memorandum.1

Following receipt of proposals, the Director-General will draw up the provisional agenda in consultation with Officers of the Executive Board. The provisional agenda will be annotated and will explain any recommendations made regarding the deferral or exclusion of proposals. It will be dispatched to Member States with the letter of convocation no later than eight weeks before commencement of the 160th session of the Executive Board.

The Director-General takes this opportunity to renew to Member States and Associate Members the assurance of his highest consideration.

Le Directeur général de l’Organisation mondiale de la Santé (OMS) présente ses compliments

d’ordre du jour provisoire de la cent soixantième session du Conseil exécutif, qui se tiendra du

25 janvier au 2 février 2027.

Toute proposition d’un État Membre ou d’un Membre associé tendant à inscrire un point à

l’ordre du jour doit parvenir au Directeur général 12 semaines au plus tard après la diffusion du

projet d’ordre du jour provisoire ou 10 semaines au moins avant l’ouverture de la session du

Conseil exécutif, la première des deux dates correspondantes étant retenue. Les propositions

devront donc parvenir au Directeur général au plus tard le 14 septembre 2026.

Le Directeur général appelle l’attention des États Membres et des Membres associés sur le

fait que, conformément à l’article 9 du Règlement intérieur du Conseil exécutif, toute proposition

tendant à inscrire un point à l’ordre du jour sera accompagnée d’un mémorandum explicatif.1

Dès réception des propositions, le Directeur général établira l’ordre du jour provisoire

après consultation des membres du Bureau du Conseil exécutif. L’ordre du jour provisoire sera

Исполнительного комитета, которая состоится 25 января – 2 февраля 2027 г.

Предложения государств-членов и ассоциированных членов о включении пунктов в повестку дня должны быть получены Генеральным директором не позднее чем через 12 недель после распространения проекта предварительной повестки дня или не менее чем за 10 недель до начала работы сессии Исполнительного комитета, в зависимости от того, который из этих сроков наступает ранее. Таким образом, предложения должны быть получены Генеральным директором к 14 сентября 2026 г.

Генеральный директор обращает внимание государств-членов и ассоциированных членов на то, что в соответствии со статьей 9 Правил процедуры Исполнительного комитета любое предложение о включении какого-либо пункта в повестку дня должно сопровождаться пояснительной запиской1.

По получении предложений Генеральный директор проведет консультации с должностными лицами Исполнительного комитета для составления предварительной повестки дня. Данная аннотированная предварительная повестка дня будет содержать пояснения по всем рекомендациям о переносе сроков рассмотрения предложений или об их исключении. Она будет направлена государствам-членам вместе с уведомлением о созыве сессии не позднее чем за восемь недель до начала работы 160-й сессии Исполнительного комитета.

Генеральный директор пользуется настоящей возможностью, чтобы вновь заверить государства-члены и ассоциированных членов в своем глубоком уважении.

El Director General de la Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS) presenta sus respetos ... a los Estados Miembros y Miembros Asociados y tiene el honor de adjuntar el proyecto de orden

del día provisional para la 160.ª reunión del Consejo Ejecutivo, que se celebrará del 25 de enero al 2 de febrero de 2027.

Las propuestas de inclusión de puntos del orden del día que formulen los Estados Miembros o Miembros Asociados deberán obrar en poder del Director General a más tardar 12 semanas después de la distribución del proyecto de orden del día provisional, o 10 semanas antes de la fecha fijada para la apertura de la reunión del Consejo Ejecutivo, si esto ocurre antes. Por consiguiente, las propuestas deberán obrar en poder del Director General a más tardar el 14 de septiembre de 2026.

El Director General señala a la atención de los Estados Miembros y Miembros Asociados que, de conformidad con el artículo 9 del Reglamento Interior del Consejo Ejecutivo, las propuestas de inclusión de puntos del orden del día se acompañarán de un memorando explicativo.1

Una vez recibidas las propuestas, el Director General preparará el orden del día provisional en consulta con los miembros de la Mesa del Consejo Ejecutivo. El orden del día provisional, en el que figurarán notas explicativas acerca de las recomendaciones formuladas con respecto al aplazamiento o la exclusión de los que puedan haber sido objeto las propuestas, se enviará a los Estados Miembros junto con la carta de convocatoria no más tarde de ocho semanas antes del inicio de la 160.ª reunión del Consejo Ejecutivo.

El Director General aprovecha la ocasión para reiterar a los Estados Miembros y los Miembros Asociados el testimonio de su más alta consideración.
