I have the honour to invite you to participate as a speaker at the 8th Cybersecurity Forum, which will take place on 30 September – 1 October 2026 at the Palace of Culture and Science in Warsaw, Poland. The Forum is jointly organised by the Ministry of Digital Affairs of the Republic of Poland and the City of Warsaw.

The Cybersecurity Forum is one of the leading platforms for dialogue on cybersecurity policy and practice in Central and Eastern Europe. The 2026 edition will address the most pressing cybersecurity challenges at national, regional and global levels. Through exchanges among policymakers, industry leaders, researchers and civil society representatives, the Forum seeks to advance sustainable solutions, strengthen resilience, and support capacity-building efforts in an increasingly complex geopolitical environment.

We would be honoured to invite you to join one of the Forum’s high-level panel discussions as a panellist on 30 September 2026.

Through an exchange of experiences and best practices, the discussions will examine how stronger international cooperation, effective regulatory frameworks and coordinated public-private action can enhance Europe's cyber resilience and strengthen digital security across borders. Your expertise and international perspective would make a valuable contribution to the debate, and we would be delighted to welcome you as one of our panellists.

As part of the ministerial programme, a dedicated working lunch will also be held on 30 September, bringing together ministers responsible for digital affairs and cybersecurity from across the CEE region and representatives of the technology sector. Additional activities and opportunities for strategic exchanges are also being prepared for ministerial participants.

Prior to the Cybersecurity Forum, our partner event, the CEE Digital Summit Warsaw 2026, will take place at the same venue on 29 September 2026 under the theme "One Region. One Competitive Europe.
