Subject: 2027 Conference of Chief Justices
We were sorry to miss you at the Conference of Chief Justices last month in North Macedonia, but we hope to see you at the Conference next year, which will be held 24-25 May in Brno, Czech Republic.
The Conference this year proved an excellent and enjoyable opportunity for the fourteen Supreme Courts present to share their perspectives and experiences on topics selected by survey as being particularly relevant in the region. I am also attaching a more formal letter to this email.
If you have a change in the contact person in your Supreme Court before the next Conference, please let us know so we can make sure you receive future communications.

Re: Conference of the Presidents of the Supreme Court of Central and Eastern Europe
Dear Presidents of the Supreme Court,
On behalf of the CEELI Institute, I would like to thank you for your continued support of the
Conference of the Presidents of the Supreme Court of Central and Eastern Europe.
Although we missed the opportunity to welcome you to this year’s Conference in Skopje, we
greatly value your participation in this important judicial network and hope to have the
pleasure of seeing you again at future meetings.
We are pleased to inform you that the XVII Conference of the Presidents of the Supreme
Courts of Central and Eastern Europe will be hosted by the Supreme Court of the Czech
Republic in Brno on 24-25 May 2027, at the kind invitation of the President of the Supreme
Court of the Czech Republic, Petr Angyalossy.
As we continue to improve future Conferences, we would greatly appreciate any comments,
recommendations, or suggestions you may have regarding this year’s program. We would
also be grateful if you could inform us of any changes to the contact information for
