The IHO Secretariat invited Member States by Circular Letter 33/2026 dated 17th June 2026 to approve the revised IHO Work Programme 2027-2029 with the deadline 10th July 2026 via the following link:

The quorum for IHO decisions made by means of Circular Letters requires at least one third of affirmative Member States votes which is so far not met.
Unfortunately, the Secretariat did not receive your voting as of today.
The Work Programme 2027-2029 is one of the basic instruments for the further pursuance of the entire work of the organization. I would kindly encourage you to place your vote under the above link BY EARLIEST CONVENIENCE to assist the Secretariat in the conduct of its obligations.
