Dear Minister Joller,
I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent relations between the Republic of Moldova and the Republic of Estoni4 grounded in shared European values, mutual trust and a common commitnent to democratic development and social prcgrcss.
I also wish to express my apprrciation for the constuctive dialogue between our counties in the fields of labour and social poliry. It was a pleasure to meet you on the margins of the informal meeting of EU Employment and Social Policy Ministers held in heland on 6 July 2026 and to exchange views on matters of common interest. I was also pleased to discuss the possibility of continuing our dialogue during your visit to the Republic of Moldova.
The Ministy of Labour and Social Protection highly values Estonia's experience in the development and financing of social services, the inclusion of percons with disabilities, the digitalisation and interoperability of public services, as well as in the field of social security. In the context of the Republic of Moldova's Euncpean Union accession process and ongoing reforms, we attactr paticular importance to further developing dialogue with Estonia and facilitating exchanges of experience between our competent institutions.
Further to our discussion in Irelan( I have the honour to formally invite you to visit the Republic of Moldova at a mutually convenient time. We would be honoured to welcome you to Chigin[u for a focused exchange between our respective ministries and would highly value this opportunity to deepen bilateral cooperation and identify practical avenues for future collaboration. The specific dates of the visit may be agreed through our respective teams.
