We do have some information on participants' outcomes after leaving the service. For 2025, 1,046 participants exited the service, of whom 192 are recorded as having moved into education and 12 into employment. However, the dataset does not currently provide a comprehensive breakdown of the situation of all participants at the point of exit. Therefore, I am not certain that the data can be directly used for ESF+ exit-status reporting without further validation of the definitions and coverage.

At this stage, it is difficult to provide a reliable assessment about entrants information. We have currently ongoing data collection received only from 6 out of 21 regions, so the information available is not yet sufficiently complete to draw conclusions about the overall share of YGSS participants who may also be registered with the PES. We expect to be able to provide a more robust assessment once data collection has been completed.

A follow-up question, if I may – do you collect any information on situation of participants when they exit that can be utilised for the breakdowns? For ESF+ we are aware the indicators usually monitor employment and education/training, which would be useful to populate. @[email protected] we are mindful that otherwise the data will affect the YG indicators.

Regarding entrants data, we will make a note that information will be available for the next round of data collection. It would be useful to interpret the data though, if you already have an indication (maybe from project providers) on whether the share of participants in the YGSS that are possibly also in the PES data is likely to be small or substantial.

1. 1. Exits: I can confirm that this includes all participants who have left the programme.
2. 2. Entrants: Unfortunately, the dataset I currently have does not include information on whether participants were registered as unemployed with the PES. However, we are currently collecting this information from our specialists, and it should be included in the new dataset. Bringing this information together and validating the data will take some time.

We have had an internal discussion regarding how to include the data you provided for the YGSS.  We have a few questions before we do that:

1. 1. You provide the figure of those registered at the beginning of the year: “As of early 2025, the following were participating in the program (as of January 1, 2025): 1569”

• * in order to align it more with the YG stocks measurement (which uses an average of the stock each month), are you able to provide the number of participants each month? (or if not, provide at least the end-of year figure? i.e. participating in the programme as of December 2025? ).
• * Adding only the overall stocks will affect the YG indicator figures; are you able to have a breakdown of the number of people participating in the programme (as above) by duration, in line with the YG indicators?

1. 2. Data on registered in 2025: “Registered, i.e., enrolled, in 2025: 691 (+ 1571)” – Can you clarify what the 1,571 figure refers to? Is this the number of registered in previous years?

Re the YG Support System data, we don't see any reason to exclude them. However, please clarify in the metadata: 

                     whether there is any risk of double-counting with PES data

                     any deviations from the methodological manual

                     whether there is information on the destination of exits. (i.e. are  all participants reported as exits to unknown destination?

                     Or some destinations are monitored?)
