We hope this message finds you well.

Further to our invitation to the high-level international conference "On the Constitution, State, and Democracy", to be held in Tivat, Montenegro, from 1 to 4 October 2026, we would kindly ask for your assistance with several organisational matters. The conference is being organised on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the Constitution of independent Montenegro.

For security and protocol purposes, we would be grateful if you could inform us whether any member of your delegation is a protected person (VIP) requiring special security arrangements.

In addition, we would greatly appreciate it if you could share your delegation's travel details (flight information, arrival and departure dates and times, and any other relevant transportation information) as soon as they become available. This will enable us to organise local transfers and ensure smooth logistical arrangements during your stay.

We are currently finalising the remaining organisational details and will provide you with further information regarding the conference and other practical arrangements in due course.
