Amendments No. 1

to the Contract under public law No. 1-10/20/0404-1

(hereinafter “TA”), represented by Director of Traffic Division Joel Jesse on the basis of an

authorisation ,

Estonian Tax and Customs Board, registry code 70000349, seat Lõõtsa 8a, 15176 Tallinn

(hereinafter “TCB”), represented by Director General Raigo Uukkivi on the basis of the

statutes,

and

UAB Urbo bankas1, registry code 112027077 (non-residents code 60597676), seat

Konstitucijos str. 18B, 09308 Vilnius, Lithuania (hereinafter “Operator”), represented by the

Head of the Administration (CEO) Marius Arlaukas on the basis of the Articles of Association,

hereinafter collectively referred to as the parties or individually as the party hereby agree on the

following Amendments to the Contract:

1. Amend clause 4.1.2. of the Contract as follows:

on the 2nd and 17th day of each month, inform the Operator of the amount of the road toll

collected and to be paid by the Operator together with the payment deadline and a detailed note

on the calculation of the amount at the E-Tax environment at www.emta.ee and/or invoice sent

to e-są[email protected];

2. Amend clause 4.1.3. of the Contract as follows:

Issue information on making the notice available at E-Tax to the Operator’s e-mail address e-

3. Amend clause 9.1. of the Contract as follows:

“9.1. The Contract can be amended by agreement of the parties, except the Annex 1 of the

Contract, which can be changed by the Operator individually by sending information notice.

4. Amend clause 11.1. of the Contract as follows:

3. The Amendments shall enter into force at the moment of signing thereof by all parties.

4. The Amendments shall form an integral part of the Contract.

5. The Amendments to the present Contract have been drawn up and executed in three (3)

identical copies in English and each of the parties shall have one copy. All copies of the

Amendments shall have equal legal force.
