Thank you for your question.
The sales volume report is submitted for products that were available in Estonia during the previous year (2025). If the product was available in Estonia, the sales volume report must be submitted and the report assessment fee 240 euros per Product ID paid even if actual sales were 0.
In 2025, you paid the state fee for the publication and storage of the products listed on the invoice; therefore, those products were available in Estonia in 2025.
Please pay the invoice as it currently stands.

Thank you for your continued support regarding the state fees for our products notified via the EU-CEG portal for the Estonian market.
As previously confirmed in our earlier email, only the following 11 products will continue to be maintained for the Estonian market:

However, we have now received an invoice for the Fees for notification assessment (240 euros per product) covering 18 ECIDs. For your reference, I am attaching the invoice email and the invoice we received.
Based on our understanding and previous correspondence, since only the above 11 products are being maintained, the Fees for notification assessment should also apply solely to these 11 ECIDs. We are therefore somewhat confused about the discrepancy.
Could you please kindly clarify whether there is an error in the invoice, or whether our understanding of the fee structure is incorrect?
Once the matter is clarified and we receive the corrected invoice (if applicable), we will arrange payment promptly to ensure continued publication of the above products.

According to our data, you have not paid a state fee for the publication and storage for other GEEKVAPE ELECTRONIC CIGARETTES (UK) LIMITED products in 2026. If the submitter of the notification does not pay the state fee for the publication and storage of the notification, this indicates that the specific products are no longer being imported into the Estonian market, and the notification may be removed from publication on the Heath Board`s website.
- 1. Please pay the annual state fee for publication and storage by July 20, 2026, at the latest, if any of these other active products are sold in Estonia. If the 2026 state fee for publication and storage has not been paid, the product will be removed from publication during the next update of the table after July 20, 2026.

The term for paying the annual state fee for publication and storage (100 euros per product ID) was March 31, 2026. The same term applies to the submission of 2025 sales volumes via the EU-CEG portal.
- 2. Please check the compliance of the products with the requirements of the Tobacco Act in Estonia on the website https://www.riigiteataja.ee/en/eli/ee/506012026005/consolide/current.
For example, the nicotine-containing liquid in e-cigarette products must not contain more than 20 mg of nicotine per milliliter, and flavorings other than tobacco and menthol are prohibited.
Please remove Estonia from the EU-CEG portal notifications for those products that do not comply with the requirements applicable in Estonia or that you do not intend to sell in Estonia for other reasons, by marking them with a Withdrawal Date in the EU-CEG portal notifications.
