Dear Sir/Madam,

We are interested in participating in Procurement No. 311117, “Purchase of an Electric Primary Fire Engine, including Scheduled Maintenance during the Warranty Period, Emergency Repair Works and Purchase of Spare Parts.”

Our company is established and registered in Türkiye.

We have reviewed Section 2.6 of the Public Procurement Explanatory Document regarding the eligibility of economic operators based on their country of establishment.

Before proceeding with the preparation of our tender, we would kindly ask you to confirm whether a company established in Türkiye is eligible to participate in this procurement.

If direct participation is not permitted, we would also appreciate your confirmation as to whether there is any permissible participation structure for a Turkish manufacturer under the procurement conditions.
