Dear Madam Minister,
On behalf of the Taipei Mission in the Republic of Latvia, 1 have the honour to draw your attention to the “Workshop on Al in Smart Healthcare: Telemedicine Infrastructure and Al Benefit Analysis (II),” organized by Taiwan’s International Cooperation and Development Fund (TaiwanICDF), which is now open for applications.
Earlier this year, 24 medical and healthcare professionais frorn various countries around the world participated in the first workshop in the series, the “Workshop on Alin Smart Healthcare (1).” The participants not only learned about Taiwan’s telernedicine infrastructure and legal frarnework, but also took part in several field visits, including visits to the Multi-functional Assistive Technology Resources and Promotion Center, National Taiwan University Hospital, Taichung Veterans General Hospital (TCVGH), and the world-renowned ASUSTeK Computer mc.
Your esteerned Ministry kindly recomrnended Ms. Anna Dudkina, an adviser of Departrnent of Developrnent of your Ministry, to participate in the aforernentioned workshop. Her active engagement and participation lefi a deep irnpression on the organizers, TaiwanICDF and fellow participants as well. Her participation also served as an excellent example of how such prograrns can promote medical exchanges and cooperation between Taiwan and Estonia.

For qualified participants, TaiwanICDF will cover the costs of round-trip economy-class

own personal daily expenses.
