As part of the development of international cooperation and the implementation of the joint project between the Penitentiary Academy of Ukraine, the Estonian Prison and Probation Service, and the Estonian Academy of Security Sciences entitled "Enhancing and Aligning the Competency Standards of Ukrainian Prison Officers with European Norms" for the period up to and including 2027, we are pleased to invite you to visit Ukraine from August 24 to 29, 2026.
The working visit will include meetings with Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the State Criminal-Executive Service of Ukraine and the Penitentiary Academy of Ukraine leadership and visits to penitentiary institutions and probation offices in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Zhytomyr and Chernihiv region.
We sincerely hope you will be able to participate in this important event, which will contribute to further strengthening cooperation between our institutions and the exchange of best European practices in the field of penitentiary and probation work.
