Letter of Support

The Victim Support Department of the Estonian Social Insurance Board is pleased to support MTÜ Naiste Tugi- ja Teabekeskus (Women’s Support and Information Centre) in its participation in the CFR4GBV proposal submitted under the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights call (CERV- 2026-CHAR-LITI). CFR4GBV aims to strengthen the capacity of civil society organisations, legal professionals and other relevant stakeholders to use the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights in addressing gender- based violence. We particularly value the project’s focus on improving access to justice and victim protection, strengthening cooperation between relevant stakeholders, and addressing emerging forms of gender-based violence, including violence in the digital sphere. These objectives are closely aligned with our work in supporting victims of gender-based and domestic violence and developing victim support services in Estonia. If the project is funded, we are willing to support its implementation and dissemination by sharing relevant information within our professional networks and, where possible and appropriate, contributing our expertise and experience. We confirm that the Estonian Social Insurance Board has no contractual obligations within the project and will not receive any funding from the project.
