Subject: Support for the Visit of the Saudi Business Delegation to Estonia

To Whorn It May Concern,

1 am writing regarding the visit of a business delegation frorn the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Estonia

frorn 16 to 18 September 2026. The delegation is being organised by the Saudi-Estonia Business

Council, in cooperation with the Federation of Saudi Chambers and Enterprise Estonia (LIS), with

the objective of strengthening economic cooperation and business relations between our two countries.

Estonia highly values the continued developrnent of its relations with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

This visit will bring together representatives of the public and private sectors to explore opportunities

for trade, investrnent and Iong-terrn cooperation. We welcome this initiative and recognise its

irnportance in further strengthening bilateral economic ties.

In this regard, we would be grateful for your kind assistance in facilitating the processing of the visa

applications of the delegation mernbers travelling to Estonia for this official business visit.
