I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the kind invitation to participate in the upcoming

30th World Law Congress, which will be held in Tirana from May 3 to 5, 2027. Regrettably, I am unable to attend the Congress as I have prior commitments that could not be rearranged

and which need my presence in Estonia.

Although I will not be able to attend, our Court can be represented by Mr Ivo Pilving, Chairman of the Administrative Law Chamber and member of the Constitutional Law Chamber of the

Supreme Court of Estonia. Please do not hesitate to contact Mrs Leichter-Tammisto ([email protected]), should you have any questions related to the
