I would like to express my gratitude for the kind invitation to participate in the International Conference to commemorate the 35th Anniversary of the Establishment of the Constitutional Court of Bulgaria in Sofia on l5 October 2026.
Regrettably, I am unable to attend the Conference as I have prior commitments that could not be rearranged and which need my presence in Estonia.
