Support Letter
According to the ETSI Directives, I, Oliver Gailan, Deputy Director General of Consumer
Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (CPTRA) in ETSI herewith confirm that Consumer
Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority as ETSI Member supports the application of the
Tyche Institute MTÜ to participate in STF 727 on Identity Management for the maritime domain
(Reference Body: TC DATA) for the period 15 September 2026 – 31 May 2027.
If Tyche Institute MTÜ is selected to participate in the STF, Consumer Protection and Technical
Regulatory Authority invites ETSI Secretariat to manage all contractual and financial transaction
directly with Tyche Institute MTÜ.
