Dear Estonian Transport Administration,

I am following up on your April 2024 response concerning Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/545. At that time, you advised that the Estonian Transport Administration had not granted type approvals to vehicles with EDRs or EDRs as separate technical units.

Could you please confirm whether that position has changed and whether Estonia has since granted any EDR approvals, or whole-vehicle type approvals incorporating the applicable EDR requirements?

We are also specifically interested in EU or national small-series vehicle approvals now subject to EDR requirements. If Estonia has approved any relevant small-series manufacturers or vehicle types, please identify them and, where possible, provide the appropriate manufacturer contact so Collision Sciences can request the Article 4(2) technical information.

If there are still no relevant approvals, a brief confirmation would be appreciated.
