I am Geili and I am a lawyer in the Department of Cooperation of the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate. Thank you for introducing TalkTrace and for providing an overview of the technology you are developing. Before proceeding further, I would like to clarify that the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate does not provide legal advice to companies, nor do we approve, certify, formally assess or otherwise validate products, services or processing activities. Any discussion with us would therefore be of a general nature and should not be understood as a legal assessment or approval of the solution. That said, we are open to meeting. We can arrange it online. Before agreeing on a specific date, we would appreciate the opportunity to review the documentation and materials you have already prepared. This would help us gain a better understanding of the service, the intended processing activities and the safeguards you are considering. It would also help me to determine which colleagues within the Inspectorate should be involved in the discussion in order to provide the most relevant expertise. If possible, please send the materials you consider most useful for an initial review, such as the DPIA, LIA, technical and privacy architecture documentation, data-flow descriptions, or a concise technical overview of the system.
