We are pleased to share with you the Council of Europe call for tenders 2026/AO/37 for the provision of consultancy services:
EProc - 2026AO37 - Contrat-cadre - Fourniture de services de consultance dans diverses thématiques
This Council of Europe call for tenders contains a specific lot related to the CoE action on AI and DP governance.
As a background, in the framework of the Neighbourhood Partnership with Tunisia (2026-2029), the Council of Europe plans to implement co-operation projects in Tunisia through capacity-building activities. Several initiatives and projects will be planned in Tunisia focusing on specific themes aimed at promoting human rights and the rule of law for their implementation during the period 2026-2029. In addition, the Council of Europe office in Tunisia is responsible for the South Programme VI "Strengthening Euro-Mediterranean legal space for shared prosperity and human security" (2025 – 2028), a joint European Union/Council of Europe initiative which aims to strengthen co-operation in the Southern Mediterranean on the basis of Council of Europe Conventions and international standards, and involves the organisation of regional and national activities.
The deadline for submitting tenders is 6 October 2026 at 16:00 (Tunis time) / 17:00 (Strasbourg time).
