Dear colleagues,
We are pleased to share, on behalf of the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Research and Innovation (DG RTD), the invitation to an upcoming webinar on the pre-commercial procurement topic “HORIZON-HLTH-2027-01-ENVHLTH-MISSCLIMA-03: Tools and technologies to support health adaptation to climate change.”
The webinar will take place on 12 October 2026 and will provide further information on the topic under the Horizon Europe Work Programme 2026–2027, as well as an opportunity for potential applicants to raise questions with the European Commission team.

Attention Horizon Europe applicants!
The European Commission's Health Innovation and Ecosystems Unit at DG Research and Innovation and the Cancer Mission are hosting an information webinar on 12 October 2026 (10:00-11:30 am CEST) to present the topics “HORIZON-HLTH-2027-01-ENVHLTH-MISSCLIMA-03: Tools and technologies to support health adaptation to climate change” and “HORIZON-MISS-2027-02-CANCER-05: Pre-commercial procurement of affordable solutions for healthcare systems in the areas of cancer technologies, cancer medical devices, or cancer medicines ".
These topics are part of the Horizon Europe Work Programme 2026-2027 Health (4. Health) and Missions (12. Missions).
The webinar aims to inform potential applicants about:
- The policy context and objectives of these Pre-Commercial Procurements (PCP);
- The Pre-Commercial Procurement instrument;
- Addressing outstanding questions.
The webinar will be held via Webex, and the audio-visual recording will be published on the HADEA website and the Research and Innovation Community platform. Registration is required to access the webinar and questions will only be accepted through Slido.
