My name is Bárbara Benito, and I am an Economics student and research scholarship holder at the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina. I am conducting research at CIAP on public employment and digital transformation, including the Estonian experience.

I would be grateful if you could share information or direct me to official sources on training and professional development for public employees, particularly those in administrative roles. I am especially interested in:

How training needs are identified and which institutions coordinate these activities.
