I would like to extend my sincere regards to you and thank you for your continued support and fruitful cooperation.

I am pleased to invite you, as well as the research and academic staff of your institution, to participate in the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Innovative Approaches to the Forms and Methods of Employing High-Tech Weapons

and Military Equipment by the Defence Forces of Ukraine" (hereinafter referred to as

the Conference), which will be held on 29 October 2026 at the Korolov Zhytomyr Military Institute.

The Conference will consist of a plenary session and discussion sessions covering the following topics:

1) Development of forms and methods of combat employment of aerial and ground unmanned systems (UxS). Autonomy and artificial intelligence technologies in unmanned systems: capabilities, prospects and limitations.

2) Information systems for situational awareness of the air domain. Means for reconnaissance and engagement against enemy unmanned aerial systems (UAS). Experience in training specialists in countering enemy UAS.

3) Current approaches to the employment of means of engagement and

various types of warheads, including interceptor UAVs, UAVs for munition drops, and

urunanned aerial and ground systems (complexes) for remote minelaying. Exchange of experience in the use of initiation devices for warheads (munitions).

4) Current state and prospects for the development of electronic warfare (EW) systems and assets. Improvement of forms and methods of conducting electronic warfare by the Defence Forces of Ukraine.

5) Current state and prospects for the development of space support for military operations.

The plenary session will begin at 10:00 (Kyiv time), and the discussion sessions will begin at 15:00 (Kyiv time).
