How to measure energy savings in your next procurement: spotlight on building and construction works
Estimating energy savings is one thing. Evidencing them is another. This webinar presents guidance on energy efficiency calculation in building construction works procurement, applying the EU's "Energy Efficiency First" principle and the obligations of contracting
authorities to make publicly available the energy efficiency impact of contracts.
It covers quantifying impact at Tender Notice and Contract Closure stages, key decisions from CPV selection to accessing energy data, and setting reliable baselines and verifying actual performance.
The webinar is online and in English, hosted on the EU Public Buyers Platform and sponsored by the European Commission, DG ENER.
