30-minute interview

Dear Sir or Madam,

I am a consultant at Technopolis Group. We are carrying out a study
commissioned by UEFA on how sport is integrated into EU Cohesion Policy in
2021-2027, and on the opportunities for the 2028-2034 period.

As part of this study, we are preparing a short case study on sport and
the green transition: energy renovation and climate adaptation of sport
facilities, active mobility, and sport events.

Estonia's programme documents give visibility to cycling infrastructure
(urban cycling networks in Tallinn, Tartu and Pärnu, and rural cycling and
walking paths), while the sport-related projects financed are mostly
small-scale.

We would like to understand why, and how sport and physical activity are
treated in the programme. Could you please forward this request to the
unit responsible for the 2021-2027 Cohesion Policy programme (managing
authority, korraldusasutus)?

We would be grateful for a 30-minute online conversation, ideally this
week, at a time that suits you. We can adapt to your language.
