Dear Sir or Madam,
On behalf of SKN FORUM KLSA, the Student Law Association operating at Kozminski University in Warsaw, Poland, we would like to kindly enquire about the possibility of organising a study visit to the Estonian Ministry of Justice and Digital Affairs on 23 November
2026.
Our student association is dedicated to expanding legal knowledge and exploring the practical aspects of law, the functioning of public institutions and the development of modern legal systems.
We are currently working on an academic article concerning the digitalisation of judicial systems across Europe. For this reason, we are particularly interested in Estonia’s experience in digital transformation, especially the digitalisation of judicial proceedings,
the use of digital technologies in the administration of justice, and the impact of these solutions on the work of courts and legal professionals.
We would be very grateful for the opportunity to visit the Ministry and, if possible, participate in a meeting or presentation with a representative who could introduce us to Estonia’s approach to the digitalisation of the justice system, its main achievements
and the challenges associated with implementing digital solutions in judicial practice.
Our group would consist of approximately six to seven law students, accompanied by the academic supervisor of our student association, who holds a PhD.
We believe that such a visit would be extremely valuable for our academic research and would allow us to gain a deeper understanding of Estonia’s innovative approach to digital governance and the modernisation of the justice system.
We would be happy to provide any additional information about our association and our research project, and we would gladly adapt to your availability.
Thank you very much for considering our request. We look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards,
SKN FORUM KLSA
