Social Innsurance Baord expresses their interest in supporting the project REFRAME – Preventing Gender-Based Violence through Film, Digital & AI Literacy, proposed under the Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values (CERV) Programme, CERV-2026-DAPHNE, Priority 3 – Targeted actions for the prevention of gender-based violence, in partnership with the Women's Support and Information Centre (WSIC, Estonia) and the other consortium partners.

This letter confirms institutional support and the intention to cooperate. It does not constitute a financial commitment or an obligation to adopt new procedures. Any operational arrangements or data sharing would require separate agreement and compliance with applicable law.
