Subject: European Commission study on cross-border construction services
|
Tähelepanu!
Tegemist on välisvõrgust saabunud kirjaga. |
Dear Madam, Sir,
I trust this email finds you well.
The European Commission’s Directorate-General for Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs (DG GROW) has initiated a study supporting the Impact Assessment for a Construction Services Act. The initiative aims to reduce the barriers that construction and Installation service providers face when operating across EU borders. Please find attached the letter of support.
The study is entrusted to a consortium led by Technopolis Group, in collaboration with Milieu and Intellera.
It focuses on issues such as divergent national authorisation, certification and proof-of-competence requirements across Member States, and their effects on firms seeking to provide construction services in other EU countries. Your practical experience would provide valuable evidence for the study. Moreover, we would be very grateful if you could share the survey link below with any colleagues, partners or contacts you think may be relevant.

You can pause the survey at any time by clicking “Pause”. We’ll send you a personalised link so you can return and continue later.

Subject: Consultation activities for the “Study supporting an impact assessment
for a Construction Services Act”
Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to inform you that Intellara, in collaboration with Technopolis and Milieu, is
conducting the “Study supporting an impact assessment for a Construction Services
Act” on behalf o the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Internal Market,
Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs
The study will provide input to the Impact Assessment accompanying the upcoming
Construction Services Act. The main purpose of the study is to refine the problems,
objectives and policy options and to assess the qualitative and quantitative impacts of
identified policy options, in line with better regulation principles. The focus is on collecting
data on the current state of play for construction and installation services across the EU in
the Single Market (i.e. the divergent national approaches to these services) and the barriers
created for the free movement of these services cross-border.
During the study, Intellara, Technopolis and Milieu will conduct consultation activities to
which we kindly invite you to contribute. Your insights will be essential to shaping the
study’s findings and identifying potential policy options to ameliorate the free movement
of construction and installation services in the Single Market. We would greatly appreciate
your cooperation in sharing relevant information and perspectives, which will support a
robust and evidence-based analysis. Please note that all information provided will be
treated with the utmost confidentiality and used solely for the purposes of this study.
We greatly appreciate your time and consideration in supporting this important initiative.
For any questions relating to the study and the purpose of the consultations, please feel
free to contact the study team Luena Collini ([email protected]) and
Kincso Izsak ([email protected]).
Thank you in advance for your collaboration,
Yours sincerely,
Mehdi Hocine
