I am writing to Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications (MKM) in
its role as national digital coordinator for Estonia. I am conducting a
research survey on AI strategic planning and management in European public
organisations, and I would be very grateful for your help in reaching the
organisations listed below. They have reported the AI projects indicated
to the European Commission’s Public Sector Tech Watch Database, but I have
not been able to reach them directly through the contact details
available.

responsible for AI or emerging technology projects in each of them, or to

The study is part of a doctoral research project supervised by Prof. J.

Madrid and Prof. Manuel Pedro Rodríguez Bolívar ([email protected]) from the
University of Granada.
